Mrs. Thomas F. Boudreau Shediac, Oct. 29 -
The funeral service for the late Mrs. Thomas F. Boudreau of Upper Aboujagane who passed away suddenly at the home of her son in Upper Aboujagne, Thursday morning at the age of 71 years, was held Saturday morning from the Sacred Heart Church in Upper Aboujagane, at nine o'clock, with Rev. Father A. A. Leger officiating. The church was filled almost to capacity by relatives and friends of the deceased who gathered to pay their last respects to one who was held in high esteem and who had always been ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. The deceased (nee Sarah Thibodeau) of Upper Aboujagane, was a devout member of the Society of Saint Anne and of the Ladies of Children of Mary and the Apostleship of Prayer. She was the grandmother of 47 children, and great grandmother of 10. The pallbearers were six of her nephews, Alcide, William, Jocob, and Alyre Boudreau, and Edgar and Meleme Babineau. A large number of spiritual bouquets and flowers were received which attested the high esteem in which the deceased was held.
