Funeral Held Napoleon Dupuis St. Joseph, N.B., June 18 -
The funeral of the late Napoleon Dupuis of Memramcook took place on Monday morning in St. Thomas Church, St. Joseph, at nine o'clock. The high mass of requiem was sung by Rev. Father Eugene Doaust, c.s.c., pastor of the parish, assisted by Rev. Father Paul Theriault, c.s.c, as deacon and Rev. Father W. Gendreau, c.s.c., as sub-deacon, both curates ath the parish. The late Mr. Dupuis was 70 years of age and died after an illness of six months. He is survived by his wife (nee Bella Brun), six sons, Dominique, Amherst, N.S., Eric, St. Joseph and Napoleon of Moncton, Edouard and Leandre of Memramcook; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Gallant of Moncton, Mrs. Amand LeBlanc and Mrs. Arthur Leger both of Memramcook, also one brother, Abner Dupuis, Memramcook, two sisters, Mrs. Fred Gallant of Shediac Bridge and Mrs. Phinnie Dupuis of Lynn, Mass. The pallbearers were Messrs Raymond Brun, Amedee Dupuis, Yvon Brun, Amedee Babineau, Fred Gallant and Amand LeBlanc.
