PORT ELGIN, NB - The death of Elizabeth M. Rogers, age 93, of Port Elgin, NB, occurred on Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at the Westford Nursing Home. Born in Port Elgin, NB, she was a daughter of the late Jacques and Eugenie (Leger) Arsenault. She was a member of St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church. She will be fondly remembered by her brother, Leo of Shediac; her sister, Ada LeBlanc of Port Elgin; and a nephew, Donald (Claudette) LeBlanc of Shediac River. She was predeceased by her husband, Martin in 1980; brothers, Fred, Adrice, Edward, and Romeo; sisters, Eva, Marceline, and Emerise. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 3 Main St., Port Elgin, NB (538-2241), with visiting hours on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The funeral service will be held at St. Clement's Catholic Church, Port Elgin, on Thursday, February 27, 2003 at 11 am, Rev. Father Phil Mulligan officiating. Burial will take place in St. Theresa D'Avila Roman Caholic Cemetery, Cap-Pelé in the spring. Donations to the Westford Nursing Home, the Dr. Georges-L.
