    MCGINLEY, RONALD D. The passing of Ronald Douglas McGinley of Burlington, Ontario, occurred at Billings Court Manor on St. Patrick's Day, Monday the 17th of March 2008. Ron was the youngest son of William Francis McGinley and Helen Gertrude (Douglass) McGinley of Fredericton NB (Devon). "Barney" was born and raised in Fredericton, the youngest of nine children. He joined the air force as a young man, began his career with 3M Canada and later became President of True Temper Canada. Ron was a gifted tenor and shared his voice at countless weddings and masses and liked nothing more than singing Irish ballads on St. Patrick's Day at Dolan's Pub in his hometown of Fredericton. Ron is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Wright and his four children, Michael (Atsuko), Kathleen, Sean (Samantha) and Patrick (Kim); grand- children; Erin, Vanessa, Megan and Conor; Sisters, Catherine McGinley and Pauline Allain and family of Fredericton, and sister-in-law Elinor McGinley and family of St. Stephen. Predeceased by his parents, sisters, Olive Miller, Helen O'Leary, Alice Legere, Margaret Hughes, Evelyn McGinley and brother Donald McGinley. Ron was cremated and will be making the trip home with his family in the spring. A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church and interment at St Anthony's Cemetery will follow, the date to be announced.     HUGHES, MARGARET J. The passing of Margaret Juanita Hughes of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2003. She was 78. Born in Devon, NB, she was a daughter of the late William Francis McGinley and Helen Gertrude (Douglass) McGinley. Margaret was a member of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church and a member of the NB Tel Telephone Pioneers. She is survived by two daughters, Linda, of Fredericton and Catherine Hughes-Seto and husband Bill of Fredericton; four sons, Gregory and wife Susan, Mark and wife Marlene, Barry and Cyril, all of Fredericton; seven grandchildren; one brother Ronald McGinley of Burlington, Ont.; three sisters, Catherine McGinley of Fredericton, Pauline Allain of Fredericton and Alice Legere of Fredericton Junction; a sister-in-law Elinor McGinley of St. Stephen; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, her husband Lawrence W. Hughes, three sisters Olive Miller, Helen O'Leary and Evelyn McGinley and a brother Donald McGinley. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, 603 Union Street, Fredericton, on Saturday, March 1, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Monte Peters will officiate. Pallbearers for the service will be sons Gregory, Mark, Barry and Cyril, son-inlaw Bill Seto and nephew Timmy McGinley. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada, The Arthritis Society or any charitable organization.     Laurie Léger (1919-1999)
    SHÉDIAC - À l’Hôpital régional Dr Georges-L. Dumont de Moncton, le mardi 19 octobre 1999, à l’âge de 79 ans, est décédé Laurie Léger, domicilié à la Résidence Joseph LeBlanc de Shédiac. Né à Amherst, N.-E. le 16 novembre 1919, il était fils de feu Frank et Arzélie (Doiron) Léger. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Marguerite (Léger) Léger; cinq frères: Camille (Eva), Willie (Catherine), et Valmont (Lorette), tous de Dieppe, Ubald «Joseph» (Florine) de Moncton, et Nazaire (Odélia) de Shédiac, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
    Une soeur, Alice, ainsi que deux frères: François et Gilles, l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
    M. Léger était un ancien combattant de la Seconde Guerre mondiale avec l’Armée royale canadienne, avant servi à l’étranger de 1939 à 1945 au Royaume-Uni et l’Europe continentale. Avant sa retraite, il travaillait pour le ministère de la défense et d’approvisionnement dépôt no 1 à Downsview, Ontario. Il était membre de la Légion royale canadienne section no 33, et membre du Club de l’âge d’or de Shédiac.
    La dépouille mortelle est présentement exposée à la Maison funéraire Frenette Ltée, 396 rue Principale à Shédiac (532-3297). Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Joseph de Shédiac, le vendredi 22 octobre, à 11h. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial.
    Heures de visite: ce jeudi 21 octobre, de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h, et le vendredi 22 octobre, de 10h jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles à 10h50.
    A la demande de la famille, un don à l’unité des soins palliatifs de l’Hôpital régional Dr GeorgesL. Dumont, serait apprécié.

    MONCTON - À l’Hôpital régional Dr Georges-L. Dumont de Moncton, le lundi 10 janvier 2000, à l’âge de 72 ans, est décédé Isidore Belliveau, domicilié à la Villa du Repos, mais autrefois du chemin Shédiac, à Moncton. Né à Shédiac, le 1er novembre 1927, il était fils de feu Alyre Belliveau et de feu Roseanne Bourque.
    Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Dorilla (Léger) Belliveau; trois filles: Janice Buchannan de Moncton, Francine Marshall (Blake) de Riverview, et Charline Brideau (Jean-Marc) de Dieppe; un fils, Michel (Diane) de Dieppe; sept petits-enfants: Justin, Scott, Kelly, Natasha, Carey, Janie et Josée; trois soeurs: Marguerite Léger (feu Gilles) de Moncton, Claudia Landry (Alcide) de Shédiac, et Géraldine McFadden (feu Orville) de Saint-Jean; trois frères: Roméo (Barbara) d’Oshawa, Paul (Joyce), et Clarence (Dorine), tous deux de Shédiac, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
    Avant sa retraite, M. Belliveau était plombier à la base militaire DND numéro 5.
    La dépouille mortelle sera exposée à compter de 14h, le mercredi 12 janvier, au salon funéraire Frenette, 88, rue Church à Moncton (858-1900). Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Louis-de-France (Lewisville), le jeudi 13 janvier, à 11h. Le révérend père Antoine Arza sera le célébrant. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire de Dieppe.
