Haute-Aboujagane (Special) - Thomas Donelle, 86, of Haute-Aboujagne died Thursday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a lengthy illness. Born in Cormier Village, he was a son of the late Thadee and Edith (Leger) Donelle and had been a farmer. He attended Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Haute-Aboujagane. He is survived be his wife, the former Ozithe Richard; 11 daughters, Mrs. Emile Leger (Emma) of Barachois, Mrs. Theophile Melanson (Leonie) of Haute-Aboujagane, Mrs. May Landry of Greenfield Park, Qie., Mrs. Yvon Vienneau (Eveline) of Bas Cap Pele, Mrs. Henri LeBlanc (Ida) and Mrs. Alcide Melanson (Eva), both of Robichaud, Miss Annie Donelle of Robichaud Office, Mrs. Lucie Cormier of Buctouche, Mrs. George Pinard (Marguerite) of St. Alphonse, Que., Mrs. Guy Surprenant (Cecile) of Beloeil, Que., and Mrs. Denis Simard (Doris) of Sept-Iles, Que., three sons, Raymond of St. Andre, Arthur of Cormier Village and Blair of Greenfield Park; four brothers, Joseph and Leo, both of Cap Pele, Willie of Ontario and Normand of Leominster, Mass.; seven sisters, Mrs. Edwin Lemire (Julienne) of Rhode Island, Mrs. Alyre Gallant (Edith) of Cormier Village, Mrs. Marguerite Girouard and Mrs. Raymond LeBlanc (Therese), both of Leominster, Mrs. Herve Robichaud (Edmee) of Moncton, Mrs. William McLean (Rita) of New York City, and Mrs. Richard Gould (Jean) of Nappan, N.S.; 50 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, nieces and sephews. The body will be at Frenette's Funeral Home, Shediac the evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated Sunday at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Haute- Aboujagane at a time to be announced. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Ernest Wallace 1926-2007 Pointe du Chêne, NB - Ernest Wallace of Pointe du Chêne passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, February 20th, 2007 at the age of 80. Born in Pointe du Chêne on October 17th, 1926, he was the son of the late Vincent and Emma (Gallant) Wallace. He was a retired electrician. A life long resident of Pointe du Chêne, Ernie will be deeply missed. He enjoyed nature and loved driving his truck to Pointe du Chêne wharf and Ste-Anne's. During winter, Ernie would go by skidoo to Shediac Island to feed the squirrels. He was an avid amateur Radio Operator known as VE1GH - The Green Hornet. Ernie will be greatly missed by his two sons, Randall (Jocelyn) of Shediac, Darren (Janet Léger) of Pointe du Chêne; two sisters, Doreen Hendrickson of Pointe du Chêne and Shirley Champoux (Alex) of Antigonish, N. S.; two grandsons, Mitchell and Jonathan; his former wife, Doris Wallace of St. Antoine; and by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother, Laurie Wallace. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Friday, February 23rd, 2007 from 9a.m. until time of departure (10:15a.m.). The funeral mass will be held at 10:30a.m. on Friday, February 23rd, 2007 at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Pointe du Chêne. Haute-Aboujagane (Special) - Thomas Donelle, 86, of Haute-Aboujagne died Thursday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a lengthy illness. Born in Cormier Village, he was a son of the late Thadee and Edith (Leger) Donelle and had been a farmer. He attended Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Haute-Aboujagane. He is survived be his wife, the former Ozithe Richard; 11 daughters, Mrs. Emile Leger (Emma) of Barachois, Mrs. Theophile Melanson (Leonie) of Haute-Aboujagane, Mrs. May Landry of Greenfield Park, Qie., Mrs. Yvon Vienneau (Eveline) of Bas Cap Pele, Mrs. Henri LeBlanc (Ida) and Mrs. Alcide Melanson (Eva), both of Robichaud, Miss Annie Donelle of Robichaud Office, Mrs. Lucie Cormier of Buctouche, Mrs. George Pinard (Marguerite) of St. Alphonse, Que., Mrs. Guy Surprenant (Cecile) of Beloeil, Que., and Mrs. Denis Simard (Doris) of Sept-Iles, Que., three sons, Raymond of St. Andre, Arthur of Cormier Village and Blair of Greenfield Park; four brothers, Joseph and Leo, both of Cap Pele, Willie of Ontario and Normand of Leominster, Mass.; seven sisters, Mrs. Edwin Lemire (Julienne) of Rhode Island, Mrs. Alyre Gallant (Edith) of Cormier Village, Mrs. Marguerite Girouard and Mrs. Raymond LeBlanc (Therese), both of Leominster, Mrs. Herve Robichaud (Edmee) of Moncton, Mrs. William McLean (Rita) of New York City, and Mrs. Richard Gould (Jean) of Nappan, N.S.; 50 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, nieces and sephews. The body will be at Frenette's Funeral Home, Shediac the evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated Sunday at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Haute- Aboujagane at a time to be announced. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
