    Raymond J. LeBlanc
    1947-1997

    SHEDIAC - Raymond J. LeBlanc, 50, of Riverside Dr., Shediac passed away at the Villa Providence Home, Shediac on Saturday,March 29, 1997 after a courageous battle with the Alzheimer related Pick's Disease.

    Born in Shediac, he was the son of Flora (Leger) LeBlanc StPierre of Shediac and the late Emile A. LeBlanc. He was a Public Works Foreman with the Town of Shediac where he was employed for 24 years. He was a member of M.P.W.W.A. (Maritime Provinces Water and Waste Water Association) and the A.W.W.A. (American Water Works Association). He attended St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac.

    He will be sadly missed by his wife, Patsy (Doiron) LeBlanc; a daughter, Paulette Vance (Melvin) of Pettawawa, Ont.; two sons, Emile (Nicole Leger) and Louis (Darlene Biddington), both of Shediac; a sister, Claudette Doiron (Auguste) of Shediac; a brother, Richard LeBlanc of Shediac; four grandchildren, Andrée, Joel, Joshua, Jacob; and by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

    Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 248 Main St., Shediac with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated from St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac on Tuesday, April 1, 1997 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Church Hall. Interment to take place in St-Joseph Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shediac.

    At the request of the family, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Southeast N.B., P.O. Box 1266, Moncton, N.B., E1C 8P9 would be greatly appreciated.
