LEGER. Zena (Landry) Leger, 90, of East Hartford died Sunday (March 23, 1997), in a local convalescent home. Born in Norwich, she was the wife of the late Treffle J. Leger. She leaves her three daughters, Mrs. Eileen Wilson of Enfield, Mrs. Carol Guy of East Hartford, and Mrs. Linda Lynch of East Hartford; three sisters, Blanche Leger of East Hartford, Mary Landry of East Hartford, and Louise Clegg of Glastonbury; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Marie Mowrey. Funeral service will be Wednesday, 10:15 a.m. from the Callahan Funeral Home, 1602 Main St., East Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Peace Church, May Rd., East Hartford. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Calling hours are Tuesday, 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis TN, 38101.
