ST. ANTOINE, NB - Rita (Pellerin) Maillet of Foyer St. Antoine, rue L'eglise passed away at The Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the age of 83 years. Born in Bouctouche, on April 7, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Fidele and Roseanne (LeBlanc) Jaillet. She was a member of St. Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Club D'Age D'Or St. Antoine. She is survived by her daughters, Rosella (Alcide) Bastarache of St. Antoine, Andrea Mazerolle of Dieppe, Maria (Aurele) Jaillet of St. Antoine and Felice Pellerin (Donald Maillet) of St. Antoine; sons, Gerry Pellerin (Corrine Legere) of Cape Pele, and Gilles (Peggy) Pellerin of Moncton; sister-in-law, Dorice (Jos) LeBlanc of St. Andre LeBlanc; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Emile Pellerin in 1982; second husband, Edward Maillet in 2003; son, Pat Pellerin in 2004; sister, Madeline Poirier in 2002; and her brother, Fred Babineau in 1976. Resting at St. Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Slumber Room on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 11:00 am with Father Yvon Arsenault officiating. Interment will be in Parish Cemetery in the spring. In Rita's memory, donations made to the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family. J. Leonard Pellerin, 65, of Moncton, surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, 2006. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Theodore and Annie Savoie. Leonard was a retired C.N.R. Pressman with 42 years service and former employee of Air Cab. In his leisure time he enjoyed playing games on the computer, driving cars and spending time with his "special four legged friend, Susie". Leonard will be sadly missed by his wife of 26 years Kathryn (Budd) Pellerin; Daughter Pauline Lawlor (Rick), Moncton; sons; Marcel, Truro, NS, Paul, Moncton; step-children, Trina Stafford (Albert), Penniac, Monique Jacob (Richard) Cap Pele, Tammy Craig (Jason), Brantford, ON, Frank Melanson (Melissa), Moncton; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Irene Hawkins (Bill) Fort Erie, ON, Jeanne Crossman (Donny), Colpitts Settlement, Yvette Maillet (Livian), Dixon Point, Yolande Bauer (Billy), Moncton; brothers, Clarence Savoie (Juanita), Doaktown, Irene Savoie (Jeannine), Shediac, Adelard Savoie (Bernadette), Grand Digue.
