    Alice McDonald (1931-2007)
    - Au Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Bouctouche, le jeudi 12 avril 2007, à l’âge de 75 ans, est décédée après une longue maladie, Alice McDonald. Elle était une résidante du Manoir depuis seulement quatre mois et demi, mais autrefois du boulevard Irving, à Bouctouche. Elle était l’épouse de Michael McDonald de Bouctouche. Née à Bouctouche, elle était fille de feu Jim (Jacques) et de feu Virginie (née Léger) Cormier. Outre son époux, elle laisse dans le deuil sept filles: Gisèle Savoie (Bernard) de Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Murielle McDonald de Charlottetown, Î.-P.-É., Rose-Marie Allain (Conrad) de Baie-de-Bouctouche, Claudette LeBlanc (Roger) de Moncton, Dorine Després (André) et Aurella Maillet (Luc), toutes deux de Bouctouche et Pauline Cormier (Pierre) de Fredericton; quatre fils: Raymond (Marie-Louise) et André (Della) tous deux de Bouctouche, Guy de Montréal, Qc et Paul d’Edmonton, Alb.; quatre soeurs: Lina Hébert, Alfreda LeBlanc et Rita LeBlanc, toutes de Bouctouche et Yvonne Melanson (Gerald) d’Ayer, Mass.; un frère, Antoine de Bouctouche, ainsi que 18 petits-enfants, cinq arrière-petits-enfants et plusieurs neveux et nièces.
    Une soeur, Géraldine (1998) et un frère, Cléophas (1977), l’ont précédée dans la tombe. Mme McDonald a été propriétaire et gérante de Bouctouche Bakery, de 1978 à 1984. La dépouille mortelle sera exposée à la Maison funéraire Maillet, 29, rue de l’Église à Bouctouche. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Bouctouche, le lundi 16 avril, à 16h. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial, plus tard ce printemps. Heures de visites: le samedi 14 avril, de 19h à 21h, le dimanche 15 avril, de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h et le lundi 16 avril, de 14h à 15h45. Elle était une résidante du Manoir depuis seulement quatre mois et demi, mais autrefois du boulevard Irving, à Bouctouche. Elle était l’épouse de Michael McDonald de Bouctouche. Née à Bouctouche, elle était fille de feu Jim (Jacques) et de feu Virginie (née Léger) Cormier. Outre son époux, elle laisse dans le deuil sept filles: Gisèle Savoie (Bernard) de Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Murielle McDonald de Charlottetown, Î.-P.-É., Rose-Marie Allain (Conrad) de Baie-de-Bouctouche, Claudette LeBlanc (Roger) de Moncton, Dorine Després (André) et Aurella Maillet (Luc), toutes deux de Bouctouche et Pauline Cormier (Pierre) de Fredericton; quatre fils: Raymond (Marie-Louise) et André (Della) tous deux de Bouctouche, Guy de Montréal, Qc et Paul d’Edmonton, Alb.; quatre soeurs: Lina Hébert, Alfreda LeBlanc et Rita LeBlanc, toutes de Bouctouche et Yvonne Melanson (Gerald) d’Ayer, Mass.; un frère, Antoine de Bouctouche, ainsi que 18 petits-enfants, cinq arrière-petits-enfants et plusieurs neveux et nièces.
